Can I update my registration information?
Please edit your information as needed through the Food Safety Works LLC website. Please contact Mario S at firstname.lastname@example.org if you still have questions.
Is my course registration transferable?
Yes. Please update the registration information for the person who plans to attend no later than 48 hours prior to the course start. Regitrant information is used to register the attendee's exam and certification with ServSafe. Please contact Mario S at email@example.com if you need assistance.
What is the course refund policy?
Course refunds can be obtained up and until 14 days before the course start date (the course cutoff date). There are no refunds for course no-shows or after the course cutoff date (14 days before he course start date). Should the course have a waiting list, a refund may be considered but not guaranteed. What is your inclement weather policy?
If the course location is closed to due to inclement weather or similar, you will be notified via your registration email address. No reminder email will be sent if the course will meet as planned.
Is course preparation needed?
The course language and reading materials are in English. If a course requires reading materials (e.g. textbook) prior to the class start, it will be shipped to your course material address at least 10 days prior to the class start date. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you review these materials before attending in order to ensure your success on the exam.
